TITH Program Ads - Tournament in the Hills is the biggest event of the year for the band boosters. It is one of our biggest fundraisers and a lot of fun. A program is put together to list the various bands performing. We also provide space for advertisers. This is a great way to get friends, family, neighbors, workplace and others involved. Ads run from $250 for the back cover to $30 for a business card size. Again, this is also a 50/50 fundraiser, so a great way to get that student account built up. Silent Auction at Back to School Night – On Thursday, October 15, 2009, we will be raising money at the THHS Back-to-School Night. It is a custom for the Band Boosters to hold a Silent Auction on the Quad. Items can be donated for this purpose; everything from baskets of cleaning supplies to Oakley sunglasses. This is a 50/50 fundraiser. This means that whatever you donate, 50% of what it sells for will be put in your students account. Download the Silent Auction Donation Form.

Family Dine Out Nights – Through out the year we like to have a few family dine out nights that are also fundraisers. Usually local restaurants such as Ruby’s, will let you hold a fundraiser and you make a certain percentage from sales when customers bring in a flyer. Grocery Card Sign Ups – Ralphs, Albertsons, Vons/Pavilions, we all have to grocery shop. Register your card numbers with the boosters and help yourself at the same time! Casino Night - One the most FUN & EXCITING fundraisers of the entire year is the annual Casino Night! This year's edition will be held on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at the William Lyon Homes Ballroom, Bell Tower Regional Community Center in Rancho Santa Margarita, California from 6:00pm until 11:00pm. Casino style games like blackjack, craps and roulette are in play, as well as a poker tournament. Come out and enjoy the fun and win some prizes!!!

Entertainment Books – This is our annual fundraiser. I am sure most of us have either purchased one in the past or have seen one. It is a great book with lots of discounts and 2 for 1 offers. Pom Pom Sales – At each home football game we have a table to sell pom poms. These are tricolored hand held pom poms to help promote school spirit.

Recycling – Once again, we will execute a recycling program for bottles and cans. We go through a lot of water and the bottles were just getting thrown away! We have great recycling boxes to help us collect them this year. We have also been given permission to have them out at football games. This is a great way to help the program and the environment. Since this is a year round job, the chairs will earn all their points.

Christmas Tree Lot – Each year we help at the local Christmas Tree Lot, known as the Big White Tent. The kids love it and they do work hard. They can make tips loading and carrying trees. We will have sign ups in November for this, it is usually one of the first weekends in December.

Graduation Lei Fundraiser Form – The last fundraiser of the 2009-2010 school year is the Graduation Lei Fundraiser. We order leis straight from Hawaii and sell them as a fundraiser on the day of graduation. Pre-order leis for graduation and pick them up on the day of graduation for your student.
