The Trabuco Hills High School Percussion Ensemble is under the direction of Russell Moreau with assistance from Robert Bowen, (Percussion Caption Head/Battery Arranger), Rudy Arzaga (Pit Instructor) and Edgar Santana (Battery Technician).

     Available are the major accomplishments by the Percussion Ensemble located in the Trabuco Hills High School Instrumental Music Program Resume: 1992-2012.

     During the fall season, the Percussion Ensemble is part of the Thundering Mustangs Marching Unit. As such, these members are required to attend all marching unit events.

     During the fall season, rehearsals are typically Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3:15pm until 5:30pm and Wednesdays from 6:00pm until 9:00pm. During the winter season, rehearsals are typically Mondays from 6:00pm until 9:00pm, Tuesdays from 6:00pm until 9:00pm, Wednesdays from 3:00pm until 6:00pm and Saturdays.

     In the Winter of 2012, the Percussion Ensemble will again compete in the Percussion Scholastic Open division in the Southern California Percussion Alliance (SCPA) circuit. This year's show is entitled "Candlelights".
